it is 82degrees outside what the celcius degree of f=9/5xc+32

To convert from Fahrenheit to Celsius, first subtract 32

82 - 32 = 50

Next, divide by 9

50 / 9 = 5.555....

Finally, multiply by 5

5.555 * 5 = 27.77

82 degrees F = 27.77 degrees C
