7 - 2 + 3^2 = 14

(7 - 2 + 3)^2 = 64

7 - ( (2 + 3) ^2) = -18

7(-2) + 3^2 = -5

7(-2)(+3^2) = -126

( 7(-2)(+3) )^2 = 1764

The smallest I can get is -126 and the largest I can get is 1764.  There might be smaller or larger values, but that's the best I can come up with.
