h(x)=√(5+10f(x))

h'(x)=½.10f'(x)/√(5+10f(x))=5f'(x)/√(5+10f(x)).

When x=9:

h'(9)=5f'(9)/√(5+10f(9))=40/√(5+20)=40/5=8.
