4(x-2)/(x-3)+3/x=-3/(x(x-3)), multiply through by x(x-3):

4x(x-2)+3(x-3)=-3,

4x2-8x+3x-9=-3,

4x2-5x-6=0=(x-2)(4x+3), so x-2=0, i.e., x=2 or x=-¾.

CHECK

x=2: 0+3/2=-3/-2=3/2✔️

x=-¾: 4(-11/4)/(-15/4)-3/¾=-3/(-¾(-15/4)),

4(11/15)-4=-3/(45/16),

44/15-4=-48/45,

(44-60)/15=-16/15,

-16/15=-16/15✔️

ANSWER (CONFIRMED): x=2 or -¾.
