First, let's assume that no birthdays are on 29 February (leap days) and keep to a 365-day year. The probability that the two dates are different is 364/365. The probability that either mother and child have the same birthday is 1/365, so the combined probability is 1/3652. The total probability is 364/3653=0.0000075 approx (0.00075%).
