Do you mean (9-3^2)×149+12/(4×3)? This is (9-32)×149+12/(4×3). 32=9.

If so we have 0+12/12=1, so the answer is 1.

If you meant (9-32)×149+12/4×3, then we have 0+3×3=9 and the answer is 9.
