It depends on what answer you need to get.

9+12/3+4/2+1·2=9+(12/3)+(4/2)+(1·2)=9+4+2+2=17;

(9+12)/3+4/(2+1·2)=7+1=8;

((9+12)/3+4/2+1)·2=(7+3)·2=20;

(9+12/3+4/2+1)·2=(9+4+2+1)·2=16·2=32;

9+12/(3+4/2+1)·2=9+1=10, etc.
