So (p,q)={(1,30), (2,15), (3,10), (5,6), (6,5), (10,3), (15,2), (30,1)};

2q+p={61, 32, 23, 17, 16, 16, 19, 32};

b={±16, ±17, ±19, ±23, ±32, ±61} (12 values in all are possible).

For example:

b=16: 2x²+16x+30=2(x+3)(x+5);

b=-16: 2x²-16x+30=2(x-3)(x-5);

b=17; 2x²+17x+30=(2x+5)(x+6);

b=23: 2x²+23x+30=(2x+3)(x+10).
