Best answer

If f(x)=e^(3x+15), f(-5)=e⁰=1, f(-3)=e⁶.

Average rate of change=(f(-3)-f(-5))/(-3+5)=(e⁶-1)/2=201.21 approx.

That’s one way of determining the average rate of change.
