I know that the answer to the problem is x^2+3 but I don't know how to show getting 0x in the work of the problem. Thanks for any help.

                 x²         +3

x²+3x-2 ) x⁴+3x³+x²+9x-6

              -(x⁴+3x³-2x²)

                              3x²+9x-6

                           -(3x²+9x-6)

So the answer is x²+3 (no remainder).
