10   3/200

Step1 : Convert the fractional part to decimal

3/200=(3/2)(1/100)=(1.5)(1/100)=1.5/100=0.015               (3/2=1.5 by  long division)

Step2 :Add  the decimal to the whole part

10+0.015=10.015

 

1000 1/200

1/200=(1/2)(1/100)=(0.5)(1/100)=0.5/100=0.005

1000 1/200=1000+0.005=1000.005
