⅓a+6b=2b-3c(3b/2-5),

⅓a+4b+3c(3b/2-5)=0,

⅓a+4b+9bc/2-15c=0,

4b+9bc/2=15c-⅓a,

b(4+9c/2)=15c-⅓a,

b=(15c-⅓a)/(4+9c/2),

Multiply top and bottom by 6:

b=(90c-2a)/(24+27c),

Or this can be written: b=⅔(45c-a)/(8+9c).
