Left side: x-x=0; right side x/x=0 implies x=0, but that would create the fraction 0/0 which has no meaning. Also when x is not zero, x/x=1 and x-x=0, but 0 is not equal to 1. Therefore it can be said that there is no solution, because  the equation cannot be satisfied so isn’t true for any x. The ”closest” solution is x=0.
