x bar usually means MEAN in statistics (the average of all the data in a given dataset).

P stands for probability and has a statement following it in parentheses. Inside the parentheses is a statement for which the probability is applied. So the whole thing means: the probability that the mean is greater than 89.2. You would need more statistical information and perhaps a table or graph to find the answer.
