Negative numbers are less than positive numbers so we know that -⅜ and -0.65 must come before the other two. -⅜=-0.375, so the order of the negative numbers is -0.65, -⅜. 2/4 is 8/16, bigger than 5/16.

Order is -0.65, -⅜, ⁵⁄₁₆, 2/4 and 2/4 can be written ½.
