If this is meant to represent equivalent ratios and only the letters already used can appear in the answer, I offer the following as a solution, in which each letter represents a distinct decimal digit:

182:673::1274:4711 that is, ASU:LHN::AUHV:VHAA where:

A=1, S=8, U=2, L=6, H=7, N=3, V=4.

I think other solutions are possible, because the question does not specify any other conditions, and I have just used what I believe to be reasonable assumptions.
