I assume you mean the slope of the line rather than the tangent line, since (3,2) is not on the curve y=x³.

When x=-2, y=(-2)³=-8. So (x,y)=(-2,-8).

The slope of the line is (2-(-8))/(3-(-2))=10/5=2.
