The reason that it takes so long is that the people that answer your questions are just that. I do not always check the site everyday. I try to but I am a teacher that has a lot of activities.

I also forgot to mention that we do not get paid to answer your questions. We volunteer!

Because other people have things to do during the day. There not going to be on the website everyday, looking for a question right away. It is just how it is.
