Assuming 16 fluid oz to a pint, 8 fluid oz = 0.5 pint = 1/16 gallon = 0.0625 gallon. 1 quart = ¼gallon = 0.25 gallon. 1.5 quarts = 0.375 gallon.

Total amount of juice = 3×0.375+3×0.5+2×0.0625 = 1.125+1.5+0.125 = 2.75 gallons.
