I think the zenith should be 75°30' (75 degrees 30 minutes, not feet).

This is a right triangle with the smallest angle=75.5 degrees and hypotenuse 10560 feet.

The horizontal distance divided by the hypotenuse=cosine 75.5. Therefore the horizontal distance=10560cos75.5=2644' approx.
