I'm not too sure how to interpret this question. I assume the pop density is 1650 people to the square mile. Therefore 200000 people occupy an area of about 121.21 square miles. This is approximately equivalent to an eleven mile square (11mi x 11mi). It is also the area of different rectangles; for example, 10mi x 12.1mi; 8mi x 15.1mi; 6mi x 20.2mi; etc.
