The question is ambiguous. Do you mean (36/8*3)^10, 36/(8*3^10), or (36/8)*3^10? Or something else?

36/8=4*9/(4*2)=9/2.

So we have 9/2*3=27/2. Then (27/2)^10=201,065,558,700 approx.

Or,

(9/2)/3^10=0.00000076208 approx.

Or,

(9/2)*3^10=265720.5.

Or something else.
