14[(1/2)(x - 1) - (3/7)(x - 5)] = 14(2/7)
14(1/2)(x - 1) - 14(3/7)(x - 5) = 4
7(x - 1) - 6(x - 5) = 4
7x - 7 - 6x + 30 = 4
x + 23 = 4
x = 4 - 23
x = -19
