I read this as (x-1)/(1-2x)+1/3.

Common denominator is 3(1-2x) so

(3(x-1)+1-2x)/(3(1-2x))=(3x-3+1-2x)/(3(1-2x))=(x-2)/(3(1-2x)) or (x-2)/(3-6x).
