3(3x-2)^2+2(3x-2)=0

(3x-2)(3(3x-2)+2)=0 (common factor 3x-2)

(3x-2)(9x-6+2)=0

(3x-2)(9x-4)=0

Solution 3x-2=0, x=2/3; or 9x-4=0, x=4/9
