in clinic there are 5 adultmen ,6adult women ,4girls, 2 boys.how many ways are thereto simultaneously arrange four people, consisiting of one adult man ,one adult women one boy ,one girl.in four examination rooms in the office?

Can you revise or rephrase the question please, because there are only 2 boys and there has to be a boy in each of the 4 exam rooms. That means we need at least 4 boys so that there is a boy in each room all at the same time.
