how come i cant answer anymore questions?

i know this isnt a math question, but i really need to understand this, i go to a question and it says too many answers received plesae try again in 1 hour doesnt that mean i cant answer anymore questions until the 1st hour is up or what????????????

You can only answer 10 questions at a time. It means you have to wait 1 hour to able to answer questions again. That happen to me when I asked questions. I only had to add 10 questions at a time and wait 1 hour. It depends.
