Lowest number divisible by 7 is 77; highest is 497. 77=7*11; 497=7*71. So how many numbers between 11 and 71? Easiest way to find out is to subtract 10 from the limits: 1 to 61, so there are 61 multiples of 7 between 75 and 500.
