2/10=1/5. Any multiple of 2 with the same multiple of 5 will be equivalent:

1/5=2/10=3/15=4/20=5/25= etc.

So 3/15 is a fraction where the denominator is between 10 and 20, and Nadiya is incorrect, answer option 3.
