Hello, can anyone please help me with this one problem?

Solve the equation. Check your answer.

|5x + 4| ≥ 3

A. -7/5 ≤ x ≤ -1/5

B. x ≥ -7/5 OR x ≥ -1/5

C. x < -7/5 OR x > -1/5

D. None of these

I chose A as the answer and I got it wrong. Now, I am really confused about the answer. Can someone please help me? Any help will be greatly appreciated! :)

5x+4>3 or -5x-4>3

5x>-1, x>-1/5; or -7>5x, 5x<-7, x<-7/5.

CHECK: Put x=0, 4>3 so true and x>-1/5; put x=-2, 6>3 so true and x<-7/5.

Put x=-1/5, 3=3 so true; x=-7/5, 3=3 so true.

Expect false: x=-2/5, 2>3. False; x=-1, 1>3. False.
