College algebra, the inequality is the absolute value of -7x-4y is greater than 29. I take online math and my assignment is due by midnight. I can't get ahold of my professor. I know how to graph the inequalites and how to shade them individually but I can't make rhyme or reason out of deciding whether the solution set should be shaded as a union or an intersection. I get it wrong most of the time and if I get it right its just a lucky guess and I can't discern the reason for the correct or incorrect answers. The program is not doing anything but telling me if that particular part of the problem is right or wrong. The problem just states the single inequality so I don't know if it would be seperated by and/or.

??????????????????? "whether" ?????????????

????????? blue shading ????????????

????????? "intersekshun set" ????????????

???????????? inequality ? ???????????

me thank yu sed abs(-7x -4y) >29, first step if find weer it =29

then look at 7x-4y=29, or 4y=7x-29...y=(7/4)x -7.25...strate line with slope=1.75

the abs part tell yu anser alwaes >=0, so yu hav 2 strate lines that form a big V

note: for x<0 yu yuze-7x, so that part alwaes >0 if x<0

me leev it tu yu tu map out the detaels
