Call the equations A, B and C.

B+C: D: x+y=10

Substitute D in A: 10-2z=5, 2z=5, z=2.5.

Substitute for z in B: x=1.5.

Substitute for z in C: y=8.5.

Substitute for x, y and z in A as a check: 1.5+8.5-5=5, so values check out OK.
