The question could be interpreted two ways, but I'd go for brackets first giving 10 then multiplication implied by brackets giving 20, then division giving 1. That's going on order of operations. I put implied multiplication taking precedence over division.

20:2=10, 5+5= 10

Order of Operation: Parenthesis first = 10,x10 = 100
