If you mean 3b(b-4)=-6(4-b), then 3b(b-4)=6(b-4), 3b=6, b=2 or 4 (because b=4 causes both sides of the equation to become zero).

If you mean 3b(b-4)-6(4-b)=0, then 3b(b-4)=6(4-b)=-6(b-4), 3b=-6, b=-2 or 4.
