E must be 0 because E+E=E. H+M=W and so we have 1+8=9; 2+7=9; 3+6=9; 4+5=9; 1+7=8; 2+6=8; 3+5=8; 1+6=7; and so on. Therefore we have lots of possible values. Let's pick H=4, M=3, W=7; and H=5, M=1, W=6.

So we have 40+30=70; 50+10=60. We could also write 30+40=70; 10+50=60.
