All you do is times each number in the bracket be the one outside the bracket.

-20x + 16y +8 then -15X - 12y -6

You didnt put what it was equal to, so this simplified is

-35x +4y +2 as i have just collected the terms together.

I cant help you any further though because you havent coppied the question down correctly.
