Pythagoras was a Greek philosopher, mathematician and religionist who came from the island of Samos. He was born in 570 BC and died at the age of 75 years. He contributed greatly to mathematics and music, astronomy and medicine, and, of course, he is most famous for his theorem and the Pythagorean spiral which is a relationship between musical notes and scales.
