I suspect this should read: 6x+66x=0. There is only one value of that makes the equation true, and that is x=0. The terms can be added so that 72x=0, therefore x=0.

If your equation is 6x^2+66x=0
x(6x+66)=0
x=0 or 6x+66=0
x=0 or 6x=-66
x=0 or x=-11
