We need to work out cost per ml. 1st offer: 125 ml + 25%=125+125/4=125+31.25=156.25 ml cost £4, so £1 buys 156.25/4=39.0625 ml. 2nd offer: Two bottles contain 250 ml costing £4+£2=£6. So £1 buys 250/6=41.67 ml. Therefore, the second offer buys more sun lotion and gives better value for money.
