The expression expands to X1(30+X1)+y(30+X1)-2(30+X1). So we have 30X1+X1^2+30y+yX1-60-2X1. Simplifying and putting the X1 terms in order: X1^2+28X1+yX1+30y-60. This can be written as a polynomial: X1^2+(28+y)X1+30(y-2).
