I think it should be 5b2-8b+3 or 5b2+8b+3.

5b2-8b+3=5b2-5b-3b+3=5b(b-1)-3(b-1)=(5b-3)(b-1);

5b2+8b+3=5b2+5b+3b+3=5b(b+1)+3(b+1)=(5b+3)(b+1).
