0.6x - 1.3 = 0.2(5x - 8)

0.6x - 1.3 = 1x - 1.6

0.6x - 1.3 = x - 1.6

0.6x - 0.6x - 1.3 = x - 0.6x - 1.6

-1.3 = 0.4x - 1.6

-1.3 + 1.6 = 0.4x - 1.6 + 1.6

0.3 = 0.4x

0.3/0.4 = 0.4x/0.4

3/4 = x

Answer:  x = 3/4
