Fd = 4*Rd                          Fd - Fiona's dog

Fd + Rd = 60                     Rd - rod's dog

4Rd + Rd = 60

5Rd = 60

Rd = 60/5 = 12 in

Fd = 4*12 = 48 In

12 + 48 = 60 in
