Assuming ug means µg (microgram), 50µg is 0.05mg. One dose is 0.25mg which is 0.25/0.05=5 times as is present in a 1 ml solution, then 5ml of solution is required to deliver 250µg=0.25mg. In one day 20ml is required for a dose every 6 hours.
