Circumference=2πr=20π feet=240π inches=40π plants=125 plants (approx) spaced 6 inches apart.

125 plants = 750 inches = 62.5 feet. The actual circumference is 62.83 ft, so there would be a gap of about 4 inches between just one pair of plants. All the others would be separated by 6 inches. A symmetrical equal arrangement of 125 plants would require an equal separation of about 6.03 inches instead of 6 inches.
