Question: Find x if the following is given. log to the base 2(log to the base 3(log to base 2 X)=1. Find X

log to the base 2(log to the base 3(log to base 2 X)=1

Let lg2 = log to the base 2, and lg3 = log to the base 3, etc. Then

lg2(lg3(lg2(X))) = 1

Using lgn(y) = t => y = n^t

lg3(lg2(X)) = 2^1 = 2

lg2(X) = 3^2 =9

X = 2^9 = 512
