A corner is where two or more edges meet. If a shape has 3 corners each corner is where at least 2 edges meet. But if there are no edges then there can be no corners, unless all the corners are at one point. A sphere has no corners or edges. A cylinder has no corners but two edges. A cone has one of each. So you can have edges without corners, but not corners without edges.
