29/6=(a+1)/(1+1/b),

29(1+1/b)=6(a+1),

29+29/b=6a+6,

23+29/b=6a.

When b=29, 23+1=6a, 24=6a, a=4.

So a=4 and b=29 are whole numbers satisfying the equation.
