3(y - 3) = 3*2/7(x -(-9))

3y - 9 = 2/7(x + 9)  distribute the 3 and convert the

- - to +

21y - 63 = 2(x + 9)   multiply by 7 on both sides

21y - 63 = 2x + 18    distribute the 2

21y = 2x +18 + 63    add 63 to both sides

21y = 2x + 81           combine like terms

y = 2/21x + 81/21     divide both sides by 21
