x is a prime number between 0 and 10 (2, 3, 5, 7) and its square is less than 75 (4, 9, 25, 49).

P=Q={ 2, 3, 5, 7 }. U is the universal set of integers between 0 and 10 inclusive. P and Q are subsets of U. Q=P because the set of primes have squares less than 75.
